Thermal interface materials that can be applied to industrial control machine:

① Thermally conductive silicone grease (BN-GC3095, BN-GC3096, BN-GC4095) can be brushed on the surface of CPU to improve heat dissipation efficiency. Thermally conductive silicone grease has good fluidity, excellent wettability and good thixotropy; it can get ultra-thin material thickness and very low thermal resistance; it has suitable viscosity and high temperature resistance.

② Thermally conductive spacer (BN-FS800) can be used for gap levelling large area heat dissipation, sticking and tearing conveniently can be returned to repair, can be used for the processor and motherboard thermal processing, improve the heat dissipation even heat capacity.

③Thermally conductive phase change film (BN-PM2020, BN-PM2020A) has a phase change temperature range of 40~60°C. It is a specially designed phase change thermally conductive film, which can be softened when the temperature reaches the phase change point, and even under very low pressure, the phase change film can wet and fill in the gap between the heat generating element and the heat dissipating element, and act as a heat transferring agent.

④Thermally conductive silicone insulating films BNG series and BNK series are used between semiconductors and heat sinks, between power components, TO package devices and heat sinks, to achieve high dielectric strength, high thermal stability and excellent mechanical properties.
