Micro Inverter

Microinverters refer to inverters with a total power of less than 1kW for PV power generation systems, with module-level MPPT, which controls each module independently and optimises the output power of each module to maximise the output power of the PV power generation system as a whole. Microinverters are mainly used in small and medium-sized commercial and industrial rooftop power plants, and household rooftop PV power generation systems. Microinverters are small in size and light in weight, with tightly arranged internal electronic components and concentrated heat dissipation. In order to meet the demand for microinverters with light weight, a good thermal management layout is also a key consideration for product design engineers.

Micro inverter can be applied to the thermal interface thermal conductive materials:

①Thermally conductive potting adhesive (BN-RT150, BN-RT450, BN-RT500) can be used for the overall potting seal of the micro inverter. As a key solar photovoltaic module, micro inverter is mostly used outdoors and often affected by various extreme climatic influences. The use of potting sealant can effectively improve the environmental resilience and service life of microinverters.
