Car Camera

Due to the rapid development of automotive intelligent driver assistance technology, the market has also upgraded the demand for in-car cameras, mainly reflected in the image clarity, camera wide-angle angle, and panoramic image. The image sensors and lenses are the most important components for image quality. Clear images can help to identify road conditions, obstacles and pedestrians, ensuring their own safety and avoiding harm to others. Image display quality is affected by the temperature of the image sensor, so it is important to do a good job of heat dissipation.

Car camera can be applied to the thermal conductive interface materials:

①Low-volatile thermally conductive pads (BN-FS150-LV, BN-FS300-LV) can be used for image sensors to help dissipate heat. Low volatile thermal pads are soft, good resilience, and D3~D20<300ppm, low volatility of low molecular polysiloxane, will not contaminate the lens. Can be designed flexibly according to customer's actual application thickness and hardness.


Wireless charging module for car

Currently, mainstream smart phones have been paired with wireless charging function, and the mobile phone charging module carried in the car has also developed a wireless charging mode. The shell of wireless charging module is made of aluminium alloy, and the internal PCBA module and shielding cover are fixed with screws, and the electronic components that generate heat on the PCBA module are power inductors and MOS tubes.

Thermally conductive interface materials that can be applied to the car wireless charging module:

①Thermally conductive spacer (BN-FS series) is used to fill the air gap between the heat-generating electronic components on the PCB main board and the aluminium alloy shell, and the softness and resilience of the thermally conductive spacer enable it to adhere well to the surface. The heat is dissipated from the heat generating electronic components to the aluminium alloy shell, which improves the efficiency and service life of the heat generating devices.

② Thermally conductive gel (BN-TG350-8Z to achieve automated equipment dispensing, and the state of soft, will not cause damage to the PCB motherboard heating electronic components. Thermally conductive gel has high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance, can cope with the scene of large heat dissipation needs. UL94-V0 grade fire prevention and good insulation properties, to ensure the safe operation of the wireless charging module.

③ Bornsun industry's heat curing adhesive film (BNTK15) can not only improve the efficiency of heat dissipation, and this product has a heated self-adhesive properties, can be well adhered to the aluminium alloy shell, and electronic devices and bonding, is a structural adhesive bonding alternative to the mechanical fixing mode.
